This one I got, it ain’t from no fancy store, no sir. It’s what they call a “high imitation.” Means it looks just like the real deal, but it ain’t gonna cost ya your whole life savings. That’s what I like. Good lookin’, but don’t gotta sell the farm for it.
Now, I ain’t no expert on these fancy Rolex Submariner watches. But I know a thing or two ’bout gettin’ a good deal. And this high imitation Rolex, it’s a good deal. This “original order” thing, I hear them talk about. Like they making these watches somewhere far away, like they are real. Same metal, I’m assuming. It is heavy, just like the expensive Rolex Submariner. I don’t know where they get those stuff.

Don’t gotta be askin’ folks what day it is. Keeps good time, too. At least, it seems to. Ain’t had no problems with it yet. And I wear it all the time, doin’ chores, goin’ to the market, even wore it to that weddin’ last month.
They say the real Rolex Submariner, they cost more than a used car. Can you believe that? For a watch! This high imitation Rolex, it’s a different story. It is still a good amount of money, but it is affordable. It is like, same same, but different price. I’m happy to have it, and I don’t have to worry I will lose all my money.
This one got that clicky thing around the edge. You know, that thing you turn? It clicks real nice. I don’t know what’s it for, but it feels good to turn. And the band, it’s metal, too. Shiny. Got a little clasp that keeps it on your wrist. Feels solid, like it ain’t gonna fall off and get lost. And it is heavy, good heavy. They say a real one is also heavy, and about 40 millimetres. This one, yeah, it is about that, I think.

And it don’t cost a fortune like the real thing. So, what’s the difference, I ask ya? Not much, if you ask me. It’s like buyin’ that off-brand cereal. Tastes the same, just a different box.
