Okay, here’s my experience about getting a high imitation Rolex No-Date Black Submariner, original order.
Man, I’ve always wanted a Rolex, but they’re crazy expensive. Seriously, who has that kind of cash just lying around? Not me! But, you know, Rolex is so freaking popular and I really wanted that classic look. I’d been eyeing the Submariner No Date for a while. That thing is just beautiful, and it is said it is water resistant to 300 meters. That’s deep!
So, I started looking around, trying to figure out how to get my hands on one without, you know, selling a kidney. I found there are tons of places that sell Rolex watches at all sorts of prices and many of them are official Rolex retailers. This is too hard for me. Then, I stumbled upon this world of high imitation watches, also known as replicas. At first, I was like, “Nah, that’s not for me.” But the more I looked into it, the more I realized that some of these replicas are pretty darn good.
I did a bunch of research, reading forums and watching videos. I learned that there are different “grades” of replicas, and some are way better than others. The best ones are called “super clones” or “1:1 replicas,” and they’re supposed to be almost indistinguishable from the real deal. I also found out that the new 904L Classic Sub is released with no rehaut engravings. Sounds cool!
After a ton of digging, I found a seller that had really good reviews. They specialized in these “original order” replicas, which basically means they’re made in the same factories, with the same materials as the genuine watches, just not officially authorized by Rolex. I decided to take a chance and ordered a No-Date Black Submariner.
